BOHOPO Formosa

On Rua Formosa, steps from Bolhão Market and Avenida dos Aliados, a former chocolate factory is becoming BOHOPO Formosa, the newest address in Bohopo’s portfolio of boutique hotels. The project keeps only the historic façade. Behind it, a completely new structure of around 2,500 m² is being built.

Rendergem created the 3D visuals that bring the hotel to life before construction begins. The challenge was to show two eras in one image: a heritage façade that belongs to Porto’s historic centre, and the contemporary hospitality experience waiting behind it. The visuals give Bohopo a way to present the project to partners and future guests while the site is still being prepared.
